If you have adjustable struts from the top its easier.
I had to cut down the bolts and dermal the plastic cowl to make it fit correctly. I did not feel a difference. But then again I did not feel a big difference when I installed the m3 front sway bar or the front arms. |

I put a strut brace on my e91. Felt the improvement immediately over even the lightest of imperfections in pavement. It had 125k miles, so it was loose compared to my lower mileage e90.

A ridiculously expensive waste of money. It is not going to make your 335 handle like an M3 I can guarantee you. If you want your car to handle like an M3, you will have to install ALL of the MANY suspension changes. Simply one or two component is unwise - sway bars, springs, dampers, suspension bushings, tires, wheels and ride height all work together in a coordinated, intentional manner. Furthermore, it is important to consider the end use - what is good for autocross is usually not good for other track events and usually not optimal for street - actually, what is good for streets in one location may not be very good for streets in another. I would say not worth the money, that would be a very late build modification for me. So many other things to put money into that would have a much more significant improvement.
