So I have been having issues the past month, First my car was stalling and idling very rough. Took it to BMW they replaced a crushed oil filter cage and cleaned Vanos solenoids then said it was fixed. It was not. So I began researching on here and youtube, thought MAF sensor as I was pulling codes for that. So I replaced my MAF with non-OEM part. Seemed to drive better but I continued to have codes in. now my service engine light is on again. here are the codes and freeze frames associated. its only a Carly scanner but I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

engine codes are:
2DED power management
2E85 Coolant pump
2D06 Air mass system

also have 578E transmission fluid deteriorate and 54C6
