Oxygen Sensor

Does anyone know w/c type of Oxygen sensor is on a 2001 X5 3 liter engine. I called my local dealership and all info they can give was it needs 4 Oxygen Sensors.

I searched the i-net yesterday because I just found out that one of my O2 sensors is failing and to replace all four of them as recommend by BMW is going to cost ~$1600 USD (part and labor).

I found OEM replacements for Front ~$125/ea and Rear ~$120/ea
Requires two of each.

Aftermarket O2 Sensor for Front or Rear ~$49/ea, requires some assembly, or
direct plug-in Front or Rear ~$85/ea.
