Pls help: Is my waterpump cracked? Pics shown

This is my 2008 335i that I just bought From a dealer I noticed it ithas a small coolant leak so I checked it out and it appears to be a crack on the waterpump but I just want to confirm that it is a crack , I plan on getting down pipes intercooler and running MHD stage 2+ But for now just checking all the maintenance on the car before running the tune

It's looking pretty wet around there, so I'd say yes

Looks like a leak somewhere on the pump housing. Just FYI it isn't BMW coolant in there, it should be blue not green.

Did you put Prestone in the system? The BMW coolant is blue.

When I bought the car it had green coolant in it , just bought is last week had been topping up the coolant ever since. Going to go to the dealer see if he is willing to do anything about the pump. If you look at the pics it looks like theres a hairline crack on the housing just confirming that it is before changing it

Also really appreciate everyones comments, thanks!

What you're referencing in the photo is a mold seam line for the pump housing, so while it isn't a crack, that doesn't change the fact it's leaking.

I am getting no dash lights just had noticed I was leaking a bit of coolant. I went ahead and ordered a new water pump and T-Stat the “U” hose connecting the t-stat and the pump also the new 8x26mm bolts it seems like a piece of the plastic from the cable area has chipped right off the pump, here are some more photos:
