Angry Fresh gash in my 19" wheels, repair or replace?

Put a nice gash from a curb into my wheel, haven't had the car more than 3 months . What are my options? Possible to find a shop to file it down, or just replace the wheel? I believe it's the "19" M Double-spoke bi-color jet black wheel" model, photo attached.

Imho wheel is largely dependent on the talent of there person doing it. I have seen repairs that are not noticeable. If it were me, I may it up for a new wheel. Maybe check out some wheel repair places near you. Sorry that happened, good luck

Wait until next spring as it is most likely you will pick more damage over the winter.

I would get that repaired.

Looks minor. A decent wheel guy can fix that and you won't see it.

I did worse in a 370z once. Local wheel guy met me at work, took 20 minutes and charged me $75 to fix. I couldn't tell.

More recently, my wife hit a curb in her 230i while avoiding an accident from an inattentive driver. Did about the same amount of damage as yours. My BMW dealer's wheel guy perfectly fixed it on the next oil change for $100.

100% a repair if it was me.

That is not bad at all and something you could probably do yourself.

If you don't want to do it find a wheel re-finisher who can do it for you.

I have a 20" wheel from my Audi Q7 being repaired right now as I type this.

Its way less than buying a new one.

If you do buy a new wheel take the other wheel to get repaired then when you screw up another wheel you can use that extra wheel.

I always like having 5 wheels for my sets instead of 4 wheels in case the wheel is no longer available you still have a full set

Like others have said, get a wheel repair guy to handle it. I had some pretty bad curb rash on one of my S5 Coupe wheels, and a guy fixed it for $80 and I couldn't notice at all (and I'm really picky).
