Hi guys,

I wonder how long and what's involved in the process from order to delivery.

I'll order soon a G20 fully-spec'ed and so it has to be made-to-order. As far as I understand, it'll be produced in November for delivery in December.

How long is normal to wait for the complete process? How long does production actually take? Don't they produce lots of cars per day?

make sure your dealer has allocation soon, otherwise it will move your production date back.

G20 is manufactured both in Munich, Germany and SLP, Mexico. If your car is a Munich build delivery to dealer is 2+ weeks longer due to ocean transit. Check with your dealer to determine if their allocations are for Munich or Mexico builds.

Also keep in mind typically BMWNA runs holiday promotions beginning after Thanksgiving through a couple days after New Year. I'd recommending timing it so you can take advantage.
