Hello
I just received the VIN from my dealer
I saw on various post that I could track the production & read the user manual on "bmw connected" app for iOS devices

So I tried... and don't find where to go in the app
I pressed the "+" in the "choose your vehicule" list.
I am then asked to enter the 7 last characters of my VIN
I did
then it returns me "vehicule not compatible with connected drive services"
I found no other way to add a vehicule, no option" my car is born" in the app.

@Belgian customers : did you succeed finding this option ?
maybe this is not available for belgian market ?

The only track option you have as Belgian customer is calling your dealer. It's only BMW USA that provides a complete track of your car during production.

The "mycar is born" functionality need an activation code, not a VIN …. Only the dealer can give it to you.

For user guide, it is another App called "Driver's Guide". On this one, you can input your VIN and can access to documentation. It will works only when the vehicle will be produced ….
