Favorites and home address lost?

I received a message saying the map was updated. The next time I opened the Navigation menu. The Favorites option was missing. After several attempts, I found the reason. All my Favorite Destinations had been erased. The Home address was gone too. All 8 buttons were cleared.

This is a real PITA. Can I save the Favorites to a usb stick?

Are you sure you are still logged on under your profile?

It happened to me too, not only erased, my home has been moved to another location miles away, other than that, all memory lost. Of course, I checked the profile is still there. Same time connected app malfunction as well. Took me hours to input everything in place.

Happened to me too after the map update. Not all the favorites though only some.
