Hear squeaking sound when releasing clutch and engaging 1st gear on a downward slope

Hi,

I have a 2009 335i (M package) sedan.
I have noticed recently that when I pull out of my garage and engage 1st gear, as i release the clutch, I hear a squeaking sound. It could be from the front of the car. My driveway has a bit of downward slope (grade). The squeaking lasts for another 20 -30 seconds after releasing the clutch.

It seems to happen when the car has been sitting around for a while. It also happens when I leave work. If my car is in a particular parking spot where it is on a bit of a downward grade, I hear the squeaking sound.

One person told me it could be the clutch, more specifically, the fork. Not sure if a fork is a particular part of the clutch. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
Gus
