E90/91 handbrake issues - red PARK warning light plus alarm sound...
7 E91 N52 - Hi, is there a write up with images on replacing or diagnosing the e-brake/handbrake switch or wires? I'm having intermittent problems with the handbrake. I get a red PARK warning light followed by a alarm sound when driving, indicating my handbrake is up when it's not. I can get the warning to go away by applying pressure to the handbrake while pushing it towards the side as a pose to pushing it down so I'm thinking something isn't making contact properly. Thoughts around this or what else do you guys think it could it be? Cheers!

Great, I'll give that a go. Is there a photo of the switch itself? Is it fairly simple to replace or would I be looking at a new e-brake assembly etc cheers
