Tank Breather Valve O-ring Replacement

Does anybody have a good source for the rubber o-rings that are used for the tank breather valve pipes. See picture below. It is a 12 mm o-ring. Mine packed out a bit over time, causing a minor tank evap leak.

Turns out Rockauto send me a "broken new vapor canister purge valve". I put the old one back. When you blow on the valve intake it allows air through. That should not happen. Lesson for everybody: Check whether the valve seals before you put it in. Or check any part for that matter for good behavior when possible..... Ugh.
