2020 X5 sDrive40i Custom Order - Good Deal?
I'm looking into ordering a 2020 X5 sDrive40i, and the best deal I've gotten so far is this:
$69,170 MSRP $61,670 Selling Price (approx 10.8% discount) 36-month/12k lease (55% residual) 0.00128 MF Total of $2,250 in rebates ($1,000 lease credit; $1,250 loyalty) No MSDs $2,500 total driveoff $799/month (includes 9.5% LA County tax) Here is the build: 2020 X5 sDrive40i xLine Alpine White Canberra Beige/Black SensaTec Fineline Stripe Brown High Gloss Wood trim 21" Y-spoke bi-color wheels (Style 744) w/ PRF tires Executive Package M Sport Brakes Front and Rear Heated Seats Heated Front Seats Armrests & Steering Wheel Harman Kardon surround sound system Thoughts? Good deal/bad deal? Should I be getting more of a discount off the MSRP? Thanks! |

A few things I would suggest doing:
1) Check out the Edmunds forum to check the MF & residual. Dealers sometimes mark up the MF to make $. 2) What is rolling up into the drive off? Are you paying down your adjusted cap? 3) When I plug this into a lease calculator, I’m getting a lower monthly lease payment....granted I don’t lease so I could be doing something wrong. Is your adjusted cap $59,420 (see #2)? They may be rolling fees in somewhere. From a % off, that’s a good % off (pre-incentives) so on that front, it looks good. Others who are leasing experts can probably weigh in too. |
