looks superb Ste, really does.

I have the reflector deletes on order in gloss black and think that's me done, although I really do like that front splitter

Mine are matt black and still look great imo. If you've got a comp then you may be right holding out for gloss.

Non-comp, but went for gloss to match the grill/side vents and exhaust tips to be fair, but I don't think there's a noticeable difference on the car.

Thanks!

You guys know this thread is almost 3.5 year old right? lol. I don’t think the OP is standing by for replies. Shows last active in March.

I just had a Maxton V2 gloss black front splitter installed today on my 2022 M5 Competition. It came out great. It matches the rest of the gloss black components on the vehicle perfectly. I'll post some pictures tomorrow.

Thanks.

Everyone seems to go the carbon fiber route. Even though I have a carbon roof I figured I'd stay with the gloss black color theme because of the other gloss black components. It came out better than expected. The only thing I may add in the future is a CS style trunk spoiler painted gloss black.

I also had 3M PPF(highway package) applied and 2 coats of 3M ceramic coating on the whole car, wheels and calipers.

+1 — agree 100%. I know CF is the popular route, but I love the gloss black against AW. This looks amazing, especially to someone who doesn’t necessarily love all the CF for this car, or front lips!

That looks great!

The first time I held their V2 splitter in my hand it felt flimsy and cheap. Once installed I knew I made the right choice. Also, the plastic cover they use as protection gave the splitter the appearance of being scratched until I peeled it off. Nearly gave me a heart attack.
