Running a HCP stage 2 with e30 blend.
What plugs is everyone running?
1 step colder? What gap?

I'm not sure, but I don't think you need 1 step colder. Ethanol already burns cooler than gas. Gap should be .020 - .022. They wont hurt, I'm running 2 steps colder with E30-E70. Noticed a rough idle at times with E50+ though.

i have stock plugs in with stock gap. when i change them i will go do to .023-.024 probably

i run as high as e35 no issue

The F90 M5 have different spark plugs than other Fxx series cars, so highly recommended to stick with OEM.

I am on OEM Plugs tuned for 4k miles

Buddy from South NJ has 8500 miles now on HCP tune since September on OEM spark plugs as well
