Do some reading on the Viper boards before you start considering Hennessey for anything. He's definitely one of (if not the) big name when it comes to those cars, but he's had a pretty substantial number of unhappy customers and isn't generally the most courteous guy either.

To answer the question: more than likely some sort of tune.

Don't do it, stick with one of the tuner's who is dedicated mostly to the n54 rather than some asshole who does mostly vipers and a wee bit of n54....

I wouldn't doubt it... just as an example but he would sell a magnaflow catback that most vendors sold at $450-$500 as a Hennessey catback and sell it for $999!! Thats the sort of business ethics you deal with from him!!
