Wheel help

Ok guys...….what are your honest thoughts on these new wheels just released by AC Schnitzer. 21 inch and they have two colour options. Like or no like:

https://shop.ac-schnitzer.co.uk/ac3-...om-10537-p.asp

Or

https://shop.ac-schnitzer.co.uk/ac3-...om-10540-p.asp

My car is white with M performance side skirts.

Not too expensive and thinking of maybe running the 21s in the summer and 20s I have in the winter.

Thanks all

What I've found on here is the American owners seem to have completely different taste to us in the UK, so you'll probably get a mixed response to be fair.

I'm not a fan of 'gappy' wheels, which these are (to me). I also think we are moving away from the popularity of black wheels on a white car. I'm liking gunmetal and satin finishes at the minute.

I'm holding out for the M performance 836M wheels to be released in the UK, as on the M8 Competition.

Vossen HF-5 are nice if you haven't seen them...

I think they look okay, not amazing. Very similar to the stock M5 19", which is a good thing if you want to look semi stock, but not so much if you're going for more of a custom look. Price is pretty good, at least compared to something similarly styled like an HRE P107. I'd probably lean anthracite on a white car.

Don't do a whole lot for me but really is dependent on what you're looking for. These feel like OEM + and less about individuality.

yeah these look fantastic buddy, option 1 with it being white, do they not do them in a 20", be even lighter and you could really drop the suspension.

Thanks all for your input. I agree that we may here in the UK have a slightly different take on what wheels to go for, but thats what I like about this forum....a great diversity. Im 70% on these myself and im 80% sold on the other AC Schitzer wheel they offer however they are double the price at £10k with new tires. My main reason for looking at a change is I think the M5 needs larger wheels and 21s should just about do it. My worry is that I might then need to lower it as I don't have the comp lower set up and then a set of spacers are needed too. As im not wow on these I have to have them, im going to wait and see what comes up. Maybe M performance 836M if they come as a 21 but again I like them from some angles but not all. Just don't understand why BMW M performance team don't have more options for us to choose from!
