Can anyone explain how I could get Platnium Audio to pay for the damages they did to my iDrive? I had them install a amp and sub a year back, and now my idrive and everything else(bluetooth, aux, navi.) doesnt work. The SA at Crevier said that i need to have them pay for it, to show them the papers they gave me and that they HAVE to pay for cause however they installed it damaged the gateway i think it was. any ideas??? __________________ 2006 E90-Running like brand new again.
