M340i Lowering Springs Available - AC Schnitzer

For those that have been waiting -

https://www.dsgperformance.com/ac-sc...ings-g20-m340i

Not sure how legit it is, as I don't see any specs on drop.

Will probably wait for Dinan or Eibach...

Too bad they still don't offer anything for the xDrive models...

I actually found these in my search -

https://www.bsrtuning.com.au/product...0i-2018-xdrive

Just have to see if they ship to Canada.

According to ACS' site these (PN 3130320320) are for the M340i xDrive.

Sorry maybe I meant xDrive with the adaptive dampers (I didn't think anyone was offering this yet...I could be wrong).

I'm interested in lowering the car, but the stock suspension so nicely balanced, I don't really want to mess with it.

I'm in the same boat and then I read this thread. See page 3 a little over halfway down. The 235/40-19 staggered with 265/35-19 look great and IMO fill the gap just enough.

These springs do fit xDrive cars with adaptive suspension. I have them on my car.

Do you have 330 or m340? How do you comper it to the stock adaptive set up?

I have an M340i xDrive. A touch stiffer than stock, but with much reduced body roll. I was looking for springs with minimal lowering (just to close the wheel gap) to retain as much suspension travel as possible. AC Schnitzer springs don't lower the car as much as other brands, so I went with them.

Did you need to adjust the camber at all?

Did an alignment to bring toe and camber back to spec after installation, but nothing special to camber specifically.

AC Schnitzer

I recently installed the ACS springs as well on my 2022 M340i Xdrive and I really like the look. Not to low as compared to other kits. I also got them for much cheaper than you can in the US since I purchased them here in Germany. Around $400 after shipping.

Here are a couple photos before I added the 13mm spacers all around.

What size tires are you running up front? I have the Dinan springs (similar drop) and 13 mm spacers all around and i do get some occasional rubbing up front over large dips at speed with 235/40/19 on my 330i.

I am running the stock wheels with 225/40/19 up front and 255/35/19 rear. I have not gotten any rubbing. I need to take another picture because I am pretty sure the springs have settled a bit.

I have an M340i xDrive as well and was seeking the same lowering goals for my car. Thanks for sharing

Here are photos after the AC Schnitzer springs had settled and with 13mm spacers all around in case anyone is looking for a similar setup.

Don't lower M340i xdrive with springs only. I did it to my car with ACS springs and spacers. Much slower in bends and the ride is not well composed (too soft with adaptive shocks). Back OEM springs in a week.

Hi it looks like you are from Wiesbaden, Germany. How much it costed for you for complete installation? How is the driving feel? Can you share the link where you bought them?

Just got these installed today. Anyone who says the ride quality isn't better is insane. Not only does the car sit perfectly but it eats bumps a lot better. Have not tested body roll and sharp turns yet but so far I'm very pleased with the outcome. 15MM BMS spacers in rear and 13MM BMS in front. OE square setup 225/40/R19 all around.
