No doubt some of you have seen the images.

I think I'm gonna love it!!! S58 this little coupe up please BMW ASAP.

- Rear looks modern and actually just a little more angular version of the current. Boot lines are near identical

- Grills are barely a discussion point, amazing

- Lights IMO have intentionally been fattened as BMW see X7 8er etc as premium having silk lights. Ugly but can live with it, 18 months to adjust

Early days I know, what do we think? Genuine? I've yet to see one of these leaks be false TBF.

Thats a hideous thing. In my opinion. Clearly I dont have much taste in most things, but I'd take a 1 hatch over that any day....

No rear three quarter shot? Its not long enough to pull sleek so looks dumpy, the back door is fucking useless (its bordering on not big enough in a 4GC).... and it looks narrow and odd.

To me.

Good job we can all choose what we want and arent forced to drive the same....

So many RWD hero's who aren't even interested in a 2 series condemning cars that might not even be the 2 and it's not even revealed.

Well most cars have an angle they don't look so good from, as do most humans!

Glad you agree the 2GC looks good from those other angles though.

And small doors are surely better than no doors? And the fwd platform should mean that once in the rear the seats and legroom will be more spacious. Not that it's the be all and end all of a car's attributes, but then most people don't really care about being able to do donuts or power sliding round corners on the public road

God knows why they didn't give the 1 the 2GC grilles, sorry I know you have the 1, but those grilles are an abomination.

Not as bad as the 7 LCI though, by a country mile.

They do, for me having seen one in the flesh at a dealers I struggled to find a good angle. As for the doors, if I am in the market for a 5 door (or 4 door) car, its likely rear doors matter.

I'd suffer the 1 grille to avoid the rest of the 2GC.

FWD is OK with me for a car in that class, my daily is FWD and drives pretty well (and it does share attributes with this car).

The shape of the 2GC just doesnt do it for me. That's OK, I appreciate I dont have the monopoly on good taste.

I'm thinking of painting the exterior part body colour and the the interior gloss black.

Would reduce the visual impact.
