The guy who drove the GTS looks and sounds like an idiot. He hated the manual because it was always in the wrong gear??

no, he said the car "loves to be in the wrong gear." meaning, when you drive it you feel like the car should be in, say 3rd, so you try to make the gear change from, say 4th, but the transmission gives you a hard time making the change (as though as it wanted to stay in 4th or thought you shouldn't go into 3rd).

Funny. There is a side note on the GTS vid stating "This vehicle is not available at any of our merchants". Well just come to Dallas. There are 10 sitting up the street. I think it is a good looking vehicle. Rumor is they are doing 10K off here. Gas pig no doubt.

I'm still kinda new here but i have to say one of the things I really like about this board is postings like these. I watch vids that I enjoy and would otherwise miss.

Its a manual car. He could have said: "You have to downshift to get it to move", or "I am lazy shifting this lever because of its travel" or "I wish they implemented one of Porsche's better manual gearboxes". But it being in the wrong gear, for what he wants it to do (lets say accelerate), is his fault.

Im also surprised he recommended the slush box toptronic. Until the recent release of PDK (not sure when it will come to the SUV segment) I don't think anyone was a fan of Porsche's tiptronic. Anyways, no need to argue our interpretation of what we think he wanted to say - I just wanted to comment that I didn't find him particularly informative.

I'm goingt o have to be an ass and say anyone who buys a Cayenne GTS is retarded. It's no different from buying an H2. And don't get me started on the Turbo.
