Heard it was supposed to get around 260-270HP out of the 2.0 T. Sounds like fun

All I know is its the biggest chic car on the market. That thing is about as manly as Mike Tysons voice.

Very well possible, it's quite easy to have software installed on the existing 2.0T motor that pushes it from 200hp to around 300.

I was actually looking into this car a couple days ago, I just might get this over M3..... HAHA okay that was just a thought.

I am not a fan of roadsters, but new face-lifted TT has definitely caught my attention.

The front is hideous, the sides are nowhere as aggressive, and the back is cool when you see it in person. Meh. It's a step up but still not worth the money.

I really like this car and might get one in the future. According to Audi, it does 0-60 in 4.9 and will come with 265 HP. It uses lots of aluminum and weighs around 3,100 pounds, that's with all-wheel-drive. With a chip, people in the UK are getting 320 hp out of the motor. It will only come with DSG, no manual. Oh, and it does have a back seat, although very small.

Let's see.

Less seats: partially wrong
FWD: wrong
Girly car: right!

QED: do not want

audi is really good at these new FSI and TFSI engines , small displacement and huge power over 100hp per liter..but his competition and main rivals are Z4 and SLK....not 335 nor 3er

I think you will find that stock to stock the TTS with DSG is no slower than the 335i. Another thing, it's handling is truly impressive from a fwd-bias AWD system, it will throw the tail quite readily and is adjustable on the throttle.

It was voted 3rd overall in a recent test which included an M3, Lexus IS-F, Porsches, Lamborghinis, etc. I really in a very entertaining little car to drive.

P.S.
It's one of those cars which look a lot better in real life and by no means does it look Girlie compared to the Mk1. Best to view one beside a Cayman or Z4 to see what I mean.

I know a guy who drives a silver TT 2.0 Coupe, and even my wife thinks he drives a chick car.

Audi does not use a FWD bias AWD system. It's 50/50 full time unless it senses loss of traction. I believe the RS4 is the only one right now (Maybe the R8 too) that has a biased AWD system and those are rear biased. VW uses the FWD biased system.
