do i need alignment?

Hello guys a couple months back I put the m sport steering wheel. And now I noticed that the wheel isn't straight. The car doesn't pull to one side though. I feel that I did a proper install. Maybe the nut isn't tight enough? I also had a rft changed. Can it be that?

Most likely your issue is a new tire versus 3 worn ones, which can cause a slight pull. the steering wheel connector is splined, so the new wheel will always be aligned where ever the old one was, you can't mess that up.
