Hose cause leak. Idk what it is!

Hello! Can y'all experienced peeps please guide me as to what is this hose and the reason why it's leaking? It is the root cause for damaging my alternator. Also, would really appreciate the method through with I can fix it.
PFA , the 1st pic is with the alternator out. After the alternator being out, it's causing a small puddle.
2nd pic is of the same hose being connecting somewhere in the engine idk and the same place is leaking as well.

Would really appreciate some help!

I think circled is a vacuum line. Seems like your oil filter gasket is leaking.
