The M340i has a firm ride
Coming from an F30 335i with standard suspension to an M340i, the suspension seems a lot harder. I assume that's because it has the sport suspension?

In assuming you didn't get the M Adaptive Suspension? This was a must for me and transforms the ride quality.

I prefer a stiffer set up. I would like myM340 to be a bit stiffer. Perhaps they saved it for the M3

The M340i (non adaptive) is stiff but it's actually quite livable still. I had an F30 335i on KW coilovers which was also a little firm.
It took a little bit of adjustment but I swear it feels like the suspension has settled in some. I would also suggest getting rid of the RFT's if that's what your vehicle came with- it will help the ride quality drastically
