the difference is there...your original offer of $60 shipped from $70 shipped is about $15difference. if he had sold it to you at $60 shipped, (shipping ~$5), he'd pocket $15 less...

and likewise, since he the seller wants $65 and you offered $60...why not pony up the extra $5 afterall...its just $5 right?
