Hello all,

My X3 30d is due a service in 4k miles. My servicing pack runs out at the end of this month - it will require the second service. The problem is, the UK lockdown caused by Covid-19 has meant I have not been able to drive the 4k miles that I expected to drive before my service pack expired. Therefore it means I will not be able to get the car serviced using the service pack I paid for.

I've tried contacting BMW Customer Services but they "completely understand" where I am coming from but it doesn't help me. I purchased the service pack because I knew I would do enough miles so that I would be covered for 2 services. However, the global pandemic means I haven't driven the car enough. Seems unfair to me.

Has anyone had any experience of this? If so, did you manage to get a resolution?
