BMW E90 CD eject sound

Hi guys,

I have been searching for awhile now & can not find anyone else with this same issue. I have a 2006 e90, with no screen, just the base radio. However I only use aux 95% of the time, but now a lot of the times when I am on aux it will just switch to DVD/CD by itself with no CD in, and I hear like the CD player make a sound as if it is ejecting a CD.

Even the second I open the car before I start it I can hear the CD making the eject sound sometimes.

Any help would be grateful, or if anyone knows if I can just code out the CD/DVD function completely in the radio, I still use the AUX so it doesnt make sense to completely ignore the radio system
