M3 Competition Individual Macadamia ordered - Update: canceled

I just ordered my new car to replace my G31. Since I have my cars for 6 months only (BMW company car) I just went and got a color I always wanted to try: brown. Even if I don't like it, I will just have to live with it for half a year, and I don't have anything to do with the resale or residual etc. I saw a lot of Almandin Brown II cars, but that was a bit too dark for me, so I settled on Individual Macadamia. With the exterior CF it will look great (I hope)!

Initially I wanted to go with YMB interior, it looks absolutely stunning with the yellow contrast stitching, but I think it just doesn't work with brown exterior... Maybe you have some input for that.
  • M3 Competition
  • 18"/19" Styling 824M wheels (will be replaced with 20" FI-R in gunmetal I have lying around)
  • Fullleather Silverstone with standard seats
  • CF interior & exterior
  • Laser lights shadowline
  • black brake calipers
  • Driving Assistant Professional and Parking Assistant Plus with Head-Up Display
  • harman/kardon audio
  • a few more minor things

In the US it comes as standard, in Germany its an extra option. German BMW is more like Porsche, there are like 80 different single options in addition to interior/exterior colors or wheels.

What BBS FI-R do you have? I don't know if the offsets from the F90 will work or not yet

I ordered them for my F11, but I fu**ed up and got them in 5x112 instead of 5x120. They are 9x20 ET32 front and 10x20 ET34 rear (F10 M5 wheel size).

The original F80 20" M Performance wheels are ET29 I think, so I hope they should fit? The only downside are the mounted tyres: 245/35 and 275/30. The F80 runs 265/30 and 285/30, quite a bit wider, but I guess getting new tyres shouldn't be a big problem. Let's see how it turns out, might throw in a 5mm spacer if it fits. Wasn't able to find the specs for the G80 M Performance wheels right now, but I guess they will not be that much different.

Ahh cool, I was worried you had 5x120 ones

You should be fine to run the correct sized tyres on them.

Update on my order, it took an unexpected turn: It's canceled, sadly (well actually it's already in production so BMW will have to deal with that). I left BMW and joined another automaker, a small one, quite boutique in the supercar space. Italian-based as you might expect, but luckily they have a Munich office so I don't have to move. I will actually not have a company car anymore, but the payrise is more than enough to account for that

Maybe I can snack that G80 quite cheap because nobody wants a brown M3 haha, but I doubt it. G31 is more my type of thing actually, waiting for that F91 release .
