Armrest USB and aftermarket stereo

2011 E90, no iDrive, no nav. Today I installed a new Alpine double-din. I was wondering if anyone knows of an adapter to connect the armrest USB/Aux to the aftermarket unit. It looks like a unique connector that went into the factory stereo which clearly is not on the Alpine. Yes, I have USB via the new radio directly. I was just wondering if anyone knows of a way to preserve the functionality of the armrest ports. Thank you.

I suppose you could always make a USB to Fakra adapter.

The Fakra pin outs for the stock radio is available in one of the threads here.
