How's the M4.0 after a year?

I took delivery of my 2020 X.3 M4.0 year ago and it has been terrific with few disappointments. Never had to take back to the dealer for any warranty work. The car only has 9K, mostly because of pandemic restrictions. I have taken it on two 300 mile trips, one towing my boat and it has been flawless. Averaging 23.5 MPG in mixed driving, 26 on road going 85 mph average, 14mpg towing with a full vehicle. My only complaints are funky electronics ( i7) which the genius clears up in five minutes and a crap standard radio. I upgraded after market with an Audison 80 watt amp which improved the sound considerably, but cost $1400. Only regret was not upgrading factory sound system. This is right after ceramic coating, winter tires and rims (TSW) on. It makes me happy every time my tush hits the seat.

To clarify, this is unit which was tricky to integrate with BMW electronic systems which they figured out on third try. See below for further details. 270 watts per channel.

In February it'll be a year with my X3 M40i. Nearing 30k miles. Many road trips up and down I95 and it has been flawless. The only regret I have is not getting the Harmon Kardon audio system, although the base system isn't bad.

HK is still garbage and also makes upgrading the amp harder. Don't feel bad. If I were to do it again, I would not option the HK. Not at all worth it.

Funnily enough, my only real complaint is with the stereo as well. Mechanically, the car has been glorious, and a blast every time I get in it. Minor niggles with iDrive as well in that it won't recognize my phone if my wife was the last one to pair, or if it was me, it won't see my wife's phone. I've disconnected and reconnected both phones and you still have to manually connect whichever phone wasn't connected, which is a pain.

Otherwise, it's been a great car, and I still look forward to driving it!

Happy holidays all.... YM

Are you guys using different keys and driver profiles for each key? I would think that it should recognize the phone to pair with if you were.
