Hi,
I am strongly considering Toronto Red for my G80 (frozen dark grey looks awesome too).

I thought it was a rich color like the M4 attached (which i found perfect) but i saw it last week on an X4M and it was kinda flat and with a very subtle pinkish hue like on the X4M picture attached.

What do owners think ? What do you think ? Is it still a rich color when cloudy or only deep in the sun ?

it is a gorgeous color for sure !
as everything it is always a question of taste...if you really like it go for it !
I personally like the aventurine red (M8 and M5 color) but it's quiet expensive and don't know if it fits an M3/M4.

I like it when people choose popping color like toronto red...black is always awesome of course but everyone has it. Frozen Dark Grey looks stunning, but reminds me too much of a Mercedes and I don't know about the maintenance.

I think I've seen a TR X4M in person once at a dealership lot but it was from a distance and I was not thinking about the color at the time so I didn't pay much attention. Ever since I've only seen it on X3M/X4M for sale ads and it appears to have some orange feel to it. It definitely pops from what I've seen. There are a couple of videos of TR on the G8x which may help - you can find them on YouTube.

I think i got it... After watching quite a few videos and having seen an X4M IRL, the color is deep red under cloudy or grey sky, and it pops with orange/pink hue in sunshine, which i dont really like...

...So i guess it would be perfect for Belgium ! Finally one good thing for car enthousiasts in this country !

I ordered it, and it's just ok.

I tried to get them to approve Fire Orange and they wouldn't. I wanted a light color to contrast the CF and it's really this or SPY. IoMG is way too dark for my tastes, and every other color is just too boring for this car.

I plan on getting my 2nd G80 in either Fire Orange, Verde Mantis, or the greatest color ever created on any car ever in the history of time..Yas Marina Blue.
