Suspension options?

Would like some suggestions on suspension upgrades for the M2.
The major issue I would like resolved is when going over bumps and heavy on the throttle the wheel hop. I'm not sure if I'm describing this right or if it's even fixable. Any thoughts?

Anything that is rebound adjustable should be able to dial that out a bit.

It really depends on your usage (track, street, both?)

I run KW V3's. Mostly street driving with a dozen or so track days a year.

After a ton of research, I'll be going with the TC Kline single-adjustable front/double-adjustable rear coilover setup. I'll be ordering it late February.

He's a suspension *god* with BMW's, and this is the setup he runs on his own M2C.

Thanks, I wasn't sure what I was looking to adjust. Not too knowledgeable about suspension.

This will be street only.

TCKline (as others noted) would be a good option, KW isnt terrible either. I think you'll be happy with either of them.

That's exactly what mine will be used for.

The kit listed above (which includes camber plates), and 300(f)/600(r) VVS springs (included with the kit, you just have to specify spring rate when ordering) and you're good to go.

He'll included "recommended" street settings as well if you talk to him.

Which Spg rates did you opt for? I've been running 400/700 for a year now

TCK recommended 300f/600r for a street setup.

Should be a good compromise.

Let the forum know how they work out for you

Of course.

They'll be ordered in Feb and installed shortly thereafter.

Was considering TC Kline and Ohlins as my replacement suspension. Called them and discussed M2 options and specs. Liked that the rears had Rebound and Compression adjustments, and 2 different Spring Rate Options. Best of all after our conversation I realized I was talking to TC himself. If I hadn't gotten an incredible deal on the Ohlins, I would have gone with them. Can't beat someone who owns the company for service answering the phone.

Damn skippy--

I've been emailing him back and forth, and his responses were both quick and on-point.

That made the sale for me.

Well, that and that he has the suspension on his personal M2C!
