The Tanzanite Blue / Kyalami Orange M3 I had ordered is now available
Hello fellow enthusiasts,
I recently decided that I no longer want to go through with my new M3 Comp in Tanzanite Blue and Kyalami Orange interior. The car arrives at the port on March 26th and should be to Denver Colorado by March 31st, if not first week of April per BMW Genius. I would love if someone from here would take over the allocation but if not I am sure the dealer will be happy to take my deposit and sell it off to someone else. (Msrp of 82,500) Please lease the details below: dm me if interested. |

I've seen this combo on an M4 at our local dealer and it works really well!
Sorry to hear you're not going ahead, but in all cases you need to approach your dealer to refund your deposit. Did you sign paperwork saying the deposit is non-refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable by law.

I actually did not sign anything, that would be great to get that back. I am sure they will put up a fight and try to keep the deposit though.
How would you guys approach the refund? |

I think, no matter what the dealership says, that all deposits are refundable. I would just tell them that you want it back. They may put up a fight but in the end they really don't have a choice.

1) Fully refundable 2) Being used as a placeholder to secure my allocation In other words, if the M3 isn't a go for you, make sure you get your deposit money back. I also agree with using your credit card company to dispute the charge. Best of luck to you |
