Vertical play in front suspension

Feeling a bit of play/loose feeling from the front left side (driver), that can be felt through the floor while going over small bumps in the road.
Already tried to tighten all of the arms, endlinks, alu top/strut brace and had a visual look at the strut and don't see any problems. The shocks are still functioning properly.

Thinking it might be the camber plate or strut bearing, but I'm not sure if a worn strut bearing can be felt in the car. This started happening after the 2nd track day where I tried to hit every curb instead of avoiding them. So, around 50 laps of hitting ridged curbs.

Car has 6k km on it with m performance suspension and millway street camber plates. Already have all the SPL front arms ready to go in and will have a look at the camber plate and replace top nut when the arms are going in, but it's hard to visually find problems in the top mount. The rear of the car still feels tight, but the rear is on full rose joints already.

Anyone been through anything similar?

That's all torqued up. Planning to have the front left strut out this week to have look at the camber plate.

Have you checked your lower ball joint and wheel bearings? All these take a significant bearing from crashing curbs on-track. Also, your tie-rod ends (inner and outer)

All of the arms are fine, replaced the top nut and checked out my strut bearing as well and it was fine, adjusted camber plate bolts and realigned. There's still play in suspension, so narrowed it down to camber plate bushing.

Its common for the top nut to back off a tad allowing for the movement you feel. Inmost cases you will also get some NVH when it does so. On every C/O setup I do I use Blue Locktite to make sure the nut stays in place..

Check that out...

They were done with a pneumatic impact gun the first time and again yesterday when I replaced the top nuts, they're pretty tight. I think the poly bushing in the camber plate is done.
