Ordered Tuesday, in queue today

Placed an order Tuesday that was for an April allocation- week 16 and production number arrived yesterday

Today got the VIN and it was placed in the production queue

!!!

Congratulations! That is awfully quick. What is your specs on the car as many including myself on this site wonder why some get builds quicker than others even within the same relative build weeks.

I put my order in March 8th and got a production number that day. March 12th It went into production scheduled and that's where it's stayed for the last 7 days now and I have a finish build date of April 16th.

Mine is a manual allocation.

My build is an M3Comp, IOMG, Tartufo full leather, Carbon fiber trim, Exec pkg, ventilated seats, red calipers, 625 bi-color wheels

Maybe BMW wanted to see Tartufo on IOMG since most are orange lol

Probably being a comp helped as it seems the manuals don't get the priority from what I've seen.

Yeah lol. There is a lot of orange on IOMG which is what I got. Workers are probably being blinded by all of the bright orange lol.

Nice!! that was fast. Still trying to make a deal between two dealers near me. They keep forcing me to go back and fourth and going against each other. Just give me the damn deal already lol. Will hopefully be ordering a Dravit grey on Fiona red.

Interesting. I just placed my order Tuesday as well and today I was scheduled for production. Hopefully the VIN # comes soon.

I am a M4C, in IOMG, Tartufo full leather. Maybe they do want to see that combo!

yeah as soon as i saw one with the fiona interior i was sold. Fiona red with the carbon buckets is gonna be hot. The first dealer i contacted told me it was a $5k individual interior. Turns out its a standard order option.

Fiona is a no cost option (unless doing full leather) but to get it on the carbon buckets would be an individual option as BMW is only currently offering it on the standard seats. So far there hasn't been anyone to get approved via individual for Fiona, Fjord, or Tartuffo on the carbon buckets.

Is Fiona an Individual upcharge? I don’t see it listed on the standard configurator, but also see it talked about quite a bit on here. Asking for US spec cars.

No, not an individual option and can be configured for standard pricing or standard up charge for full leather. Just isn't an option with the carbon buckets currently.

Fiona is not available on the configurator in the US but it is, in fact, available. I just updated my build to include it and its now on my build sheet.
