Not sure if its my PC but it seems the BMW Live Chat to check status of where your car order is has moved from car configuration page.
it is still there but have to click on the BMW badge top right of the screen and takes you to another page and the Chat box is where it normally is at bottom right. Just thought id share in case anyone wanting to kn ow any info like me as car is at port of exit in Cuxhaven
