Trade up to a 2016 m4?

So I may have an opportunity to trade up to a 2016 m4 as the title suggests.

My 2015 435i is stage 2 tuned, dp, cp, fmic, and beauty mods, brand new stoptech rotors and akebono pads, tint, b14 coilovers. But I'm keeping the ferrada wheels. Will put my ag m359's on and offer the stock wheels along side.
41500 miles

The 2016 m4 is base model, pre lci (with led headlights), stock sport suspension (non adaptive), sitting on pilot sports and 437m's. New brakes all around. 30500 miles.

Provided that the finances work out, what say you. Is a non comp m4 model worth the upgrade on my very well optioned, very well maintained, and very well modded 435i? From any of you that have made the leap? I'm up in the air. Ultimately I will decide myself but I want to hear from others who swapped from a 3/4 series to an m3/m4.

It finances are not an issue I would go for the m4! But again, your car is a stage 2 with upgrades, so I would suggest drive the m4 and see how you like it.

Put in a ps2.

Will put you faster than the m4 for cheaper. The mods you have are based on your personal
preferences. Looks, ride, etc..The m4 will not be.

Personally I prefer a sleeper.

Love the M4 but would only get an LCI. The upgrade tail lights, head lights, and apple carplay are worth it alone outside of the chassis upgrades.

IMO its not worth the $$ for an M4. Rather a used 911

Yes. Pre lci m4/M3 are more raw and squirrelly. Will be fun.

I took it for a spin. Already faster than my stage 2 435i lol. Feels more raw, sounds like a beast. Needs tint and to be lower, but it is way more car for sure. So much less modding to get what I want out of it.

I love a sleeper too, but I won't push the n55 past stage 2 personally. No upgraded turbo for me.

Thats fair, but it does at least have the led headlights. The only drawback to me was in fact not having lci tail lights.

And I have android. Advanced Bluetooth is good enough for me. I'm leaning yes. Lol

I would do it. Assuming it’s not CPO, is the dealer including any standard warranty for 30-90 days? Miles are low for being around 5 years old. Were you able to see service records to insure it had the mandatory 1500 break in fluids changed out? Since you’ve already test drive it and liked it, go for it and enjoy.

Go for it even base model it's difference experience between the two vehicles, the power and chassis are not the same levels. You won't be disappointed.

No warranty but the service record is impeccable. It did in fact go in at just over 1200 miles and have the its breaking service. Oil changes every 10k, no tracking, 1 winter (the first one in 2016). I personally know the salesman as well, and saw the "bmw records" for it. It is hella clean.

Buy it tomorrow (if they’re open) before someone does!

I don't think they are open, amd the bank definitely isn't, but it's already in progress. We shall see what happens!!
