Hello gents (and gals)!

My G80 manual is scheduled to start its build in 2 weeks, and I'd like to get something sorted before then.

I really like the look of the chrome tailpipes, and I really like the look of exterior carbon fiber. If I get the carbon fiber exterior package, will it leave the tailpipes chrome?

According to the configurator that's true, but I want to see if any of you have firsthand knowledge.

The chrome is driven by whether you have the "extended shadow line trim". In comp you'd need to delete it as an option, base it is defaulted as not being on. Because it's a free option either way it's not super obvious, so you'd need to check the order sheet to confirm you don't have it
