05 BMW 545i vs 06 BMW 330i

Hey everyone

I just thought that after 11th clutch, 20 sets of tires and loads of fun it's time to sell my 03 M5 especially that I already got myself a toy I love.

Now I was thinking about something subtle and comfortable but also with some kick. I found really nice 05 545i with sat nav and sport package with 67k miles on it. Also, my BMW dealer got really nice 06 330i sport/nav/premium w/ steptronic with just 40k miles on it.

I like both of them but I also like 5's styling a bit more (since it looks like the E60 M5 I guess) but my decision will probably come to fuel economy AND reliability. Which one has more problems? And how's with the fuel economy in that big 4.4 V8? Am I looking at more about 15MPG city or maybe 20-22??

I really don't know which one I'd be better off with.

Just to let u know 545 goes for 20k and 330 for 25

yeah but hows the reliability of both? or maybe should i be better off with 530???

well,if you ask FOR my opinion i will tell you what Ford said when people asked him what is the best car in the world...he answered "-a new one!"..so,here is the answer.

you will never know reliability, but i will go for 545i because is mostly near to your previous M5.

My 550i 6MT sport package has been the best car I've ever owned. I currently have a GTR and an e92M3. The 550 had comfort, power, handling, and an amazing 22-23 mpg for a torquey V8. Just awesome. I have 2 years on my M3 lease . Will be going back to a 5er then. I like the M3 but loved my 550
