HELP! Rough idle!

Hey all the other day I drove to Pennsylvania from New York with my 2015 328i xdrive, everything was cool and I was driving a little aggressively after a while of not driving too aggressive. When I finally reached to PA still no issues. However, when I got to my second stop and turned the car back on I noticed a rough idle (no rpm jumping) and a slight stutter when I accelerate hard.

Car idle gets a bit rougher when I turn on the AC, but still no rpm jumps. I changed plugs twice first ngk then oem, and oem coil packs. I took off the stage 1 BM3 tune as well. Would love some input to see what’s going on or if anyone has had similar problem.

It drives fine other wise, been driving it ever since. Thanks guys!

First thing to do is going to be pulling any codes that the car may have stored...unfortunately there is a wide array of things that could be causing the misfire, without fault codes to narrow it down it would be complete guesswork.
