M2 6MT Clutch Stutter/Rough Shift Into 2nd

Hello, I recently purchased a 2016 M2 in the 6MT and I think I might be having some issues with the clutch. I have noticed that particularly when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear the car typically lurches back and forth and bounces you a bit. I thought this was because I hadn’t driven a manual in almost 2 years and was a bit rusty, but taking care I tried a few times going from 1st to 2nd and seems to happen nearly every time. It seems that at higher speeds if I let off very slowly the issue isn’t nearly as prevalent but as lower speeds such as in a parking lot the issue is pretty bad.

Anyone else had this issue or have any idea what could be causing this?

Is there anything getting in the way of fully depressing the clutch pedal?

You may want to look into a CDV delete and see if that fixes the issue you're experiencing
