Im almost due for my 15k first free maintance oil change and recently when i brought my car in for service for a different problem i asked if i can get an oil change. They told me i can only get it when the car tells me to...

My cars at 13k miles right now and car stil states another 4000 miles left till oil change.
My question is if my car hits 15k or maybe 14,5xx can i get an oil change or will they not do it for me until its due on the interval?

my stealer tells me when 2000 miles of it being due they willl do it

For me.......it was 20,000 miles. You are lucky at 15,000!

But if you have the car for at least one year....they'll do it regardless........

I received two free oil changes before my 4/50,000 expired.............

I paid for a oil change at 7K miles. I called to make an appointment on the one year anniversary of picking up my car. They denied and said I had to wait until I drove the 2K miles I had left until "15K service".

Why is the slogan, 1 Yr or 15K miles. It should be, "Until your computer let's us know and we call you."

You can have it changed every year or when the car tells you.

Same here but mine have been closer to 21k between dealer oil changes thats one of the reasons why I do 5k oil changes on my own.
