Thought I’d post a picture for the lci guys. Grill is very easy to remove.

Looks good. Got a "before" picture? I struggle with the all black thing on a black car.

I Agree on the 3 series...but on the 4 series all black is an improvement.

I'm probably on an island here, but I prefer contrast. Just me though...I think it looks great either way.

I do like the contrast but I installed the carbon fiber m5 style mirrors and it looked off. It just makes it look more sporty.

How was the mirror cap removal? Did you take the glass out first?

I'm on that island with you. Cerium gray trim pieces are a lot different than the old days with the plastic shiny chrome. When I got mine, I almost knee jerked and swapped out the grill, bumper vent trim, fender vent trim and mirror caps.

Then I decided to live with it for a bit and liked it more and more. The cerium gray also matches 668M wheels which I liked. At the end of the day, so many people black out their cars that I think it's unique to have the cerium contrast.

I do like the OP's look with the black swap, but I think I like the before picture of the grill. Cerium gray accents look best on a black or dark colored car IMO.

I do like gloss black accents better than cerium on light colored cars like white, silverstone and Bernina. I just think an all black grill gets lost on a black car.

I think I am on an island by myself on carbon fiber trim. Im not a fan. On a Porsche yes, but not on BMWs.

Oh yeah for sure, need to make that grill as transparent as possible on the 4.

The difference here is yours is pre lci. Black grill looks off a little with the clear headlights. Lci has the darker headlights and they don’t have the grey trim on the lower bumper. We have gloss black. In your case I would agree.

Looks good. That's a much better picture and angle than the first. I see what you mean about the LCI headlights.

Black on black is the best look for the new 4 series/M3/M4.
