No sound after replacing battery

(Has after market radio)
2011 328i with HIFI
Problem started after replacing the battery.
Audio once worked for a single drive after unplugging and plugging battery but would stop working at the next startup.
Tried replacing the amp.
Speakers would work when using the radio (tones when pressing buttons)

(Haven't coded/reset the new battery yet)
Stumped rn :/ Any ideas?

Code your battery, that should be a given. It's the only way to get longevity out of it.

As for the sound, do you even get the key-in-ignition tones when you get ready to start the car? If not then a module on your MOST fiber optic loop is bad. If they're all good and blink a consistent red light then your head unit might have an issue.

Measure your battery voltage.

For key-in-ignition tones, it uses my head unit so I switched it out for the OEM radio and it still has the tones so its definitely not either of the head units. I get a weird static bumping noise from the speakers with the OEM unit. Coding the battery may take a bit. I still have trouble getting inpa to connect and see the ignition.
