My Individual Manufaktur M550i

Monday, after 195 days, my beautiful new M550i in Aventurin II Red metallic with full carmel Merino leather was finally delivered.

The quality of the full Merino and its stitching is amazing.

I'm quite pleased with the stereo, I'm just not enough of an audiophile to spend the extra, not that it matters since the B&W has been off the table all these months anyways.

The windows were tinted as soon as I could get an appointment

Thanks for the nice feedback. I've been spending time reading the manual and watching YouTube videos, trying to get up to speed on all the new technology this beast has.

One note, the paint was a typo, it's actually Aventurin III Red Metallic.

The merino leather is fantastic and the Caramel is also my choice. First time when will clean and protect the leather you realize the extreme amount of leather that has been put into the interior.
Very cool with the manufaktur sign. Is that because of the leather or the wood trim or any other manufaktur extras you have? Did you have to pay extra for the logo?

You have to pay extra for the Logo. Its also possible to choose your own Logo. I have an individual price sheet from 2021 for germany. Can send it via mail.

Yes, logo was extra. They will engrave any logo you want as well as embroider logos, initials or other personalization on the leather.

I have the same pricelist which was very helpful when I specced my individual manufaktur options for my car. But since the Merino leather is a normal extra in Europe I wasn't aware that you could order a manufaktur sign on the dashboard if the car doesn't have any manufaktur options. But since the Merino leather is a manufaktur option in the states it makes sense.

Wow! I'm really impressed. I would not have thought they'd care enough to read individual correspondence and then decide to reconsider an individual order like that.

Also, your car is beautiful. One the best interiors I've seen on any BMW. Love it.

Great choices. I have an IOMG M3 and have been considering an M550 in Aventurin as a possible next choice in 2024. I love the rich wood trim and was considering coffee leather, but your choice is fantastic. Gives me some food for thought for sure.
