E90 side marker LED's?????

Do the LED replacement side marker bulbs from jLevisw throw an error code? Because their license plate LED bulbs did on my 06 E90!! Yes I did search and found someone that says they do and someone that says they are not connected to the cars ECU.

The sidemarkers are not connected to the bulb out warning system so they do not throw a code.
