HR sport springs

So many people state that HR sport springs are "bouncy".

So I'm just looking for someone to clarify.

By "Bouncy", do you mean :

A) Car floats, up, down, up, down, up, down, up, down, etc for a few seconds after going over a bump. (this is what I think of when I read bouncy)

B) Car has a much stronger jolt, but followed by less/no up/down oscillation afterwards, when going over a bump.

C) Neither, clarify.

The answer is B if you have ZSP package to begin with. Answer A would happen only if you had bad shocks.
