New toy fresh off the boat from England arrived today!!!
I have been waiting to get this mod since the day I got my car last December and just over a year later I found an AMAZING deal so I took it. MSport Wheel, multifunction buttons, M trim and airbag+bracket- ALL BRAND NEW! I had to have it shipped from London from the guy who sells um but even with the HORRIBLE conversion rate and international shipping it was still cheaper than ANYTHING I have seen being sold in the states... even used ones. I ended up paying $710 US at the end of it all and I think its worth every penny since I didn't have the ZSP package put on my car from the dealer (even though I should have). Anyway, PM me if anyone wants info on where to get the same deal. Also... is there a DIY guide to retrofit this or should I be taking it to a shop? -Badger |

I might have to wait for install until I get that replacement bulb from you so I can take everything over to the shop at once... that way they'll cut me a deal.

actually that's an awesome deal considering the airbag and necessary bracket...

That's a killer deal. I have a ZSP 330i with an M3 wheel, and today am driving a non-ZSP 328xi loaner. After months with my M3 wheel the non-ZSP wheel is the WORST. I feel like I'm driving the 1980 Buick Century I had in high school. Jumping directly from a non-ZSP wheel to an M-Sport wheel is a huge upgrade.

Not with the airbag included. You are entitled to your opinion as to whether the entire upgrade is worthwhile (IMO it is), but empirically this is a great price for what he got.

old wheel
New wheel installed Compairson Pic is a little blurry but you can see a bit more of the thickness here while the new wheel is a bit thicker it looks like the old one was a bit larger as in diameter... my knees usually hit the bottom upon entry. I love this new one though... too bad my track down button doesn't work now. oh well |
