How come my H3 bulb doesnt turn on in headlight?

So i changed my angel eyes as well as the little H3 bulb in the headlight. It doesnt seem to turn on, ever. Am i doing something wrong?

Only turns on when you make a turn, hence the name, "cornering light." Try turning the wheel 45 degrees.

I also found out that it only comes on when the headlights are set on AUTO.

Therefore, since I never leave my headlights set to AUTO, my PIAA H3 bulbs I put in there never light up and do nothing

put the car in reverse and they should come on. Make sure you have someone in the driver's seat

when headlights are on and you signal they should come on.....along with when your turning with your headlights on. lol I just changed them literally 10 mins ago and checked to make sure they worked
