Engine Silencer Service?

I brought my car in to have the aux input worked on again (found out the part ordered did not fix the problem) and I am driving a Honda Civic with a nice BMW license plate frame for a loaner but I digress... When the SA brought up the services needed on the car there was a line for an "engine silencer" service. I told the SA I liked the way the engine sounded and he said it was actually something with an oil change. Not quite sure what is being done but I guess I will find out Monday/Tuesday when I pick up the car.

Sure it wasn't "intake silencer service"?

That's a fancy way of saying "remove air filter, clean out box, and install a new one"

You were right. Got the car back today and checked the invoice, looks like it was the air filter. Thanks.
